RetailMeNot eGift Cards
At RetailMeNot, we were tasked to create a responsive, cross-platform experience for RetailMeNot shoppers to discover and use merchant partner eGift Cards. The goal was to make sure the user should felt comfortable through the entire eGift Card purchase flow and understood that they could save money whether or not the store had coupons available.
A BIT OF THE PROCESS
As the UX Designer and primary designer on this project, I lead the team in research, helped plan usability studies, developed prototypes and analyzed findings. These findings influenced design recommendations in the web eGift Cards (above) and the mobile app implementation that you'll see below in the form of wireframes.
